One such approach shown above, is the use of our proprietary modular system known as RSD-Insert . Developed originally for our Sensor Division, a number of our customers saw this system as a cost effective way to produce quality tooling at very competitive prices. Unlike some proprietary systems, the RSD-Frame is based on a standard mold base components and if for any reason, any of the our RSD-Inserts can be made into a dedicated mold without the "hostage taking approach" some other molders use.
